Your work on this device

Your intake answers, plans, notes, evidence links, check-ins, and theme choice are stored in this browser. They are not synced to an account. Clearing browser storage or using another device may leave you without that copy. You can download your progress from the Progress page.

Template requests

When you build or adjust a plan, your inputs are sent to Forth’s server to generate a curated template response. The guest launch does not send them to OpenAI or save them in a Forth account database. Avoid entering credentials, confidential employer information, or other people’s personal data.

Hosting and contact

Cloudflare serves the site and processes ordinary request and diagnostic information. Forth does not use advertising analytics or sell your learning profile. If you email support, your message is handled through the support mailbox so we can reply.

Your choices

You can export your work, remove it through your browser’s site-data controls, or stop using the service. Accounts, cloud sync, paid subscriptions, personalized AI, and reminders are unavailable in this free launch.
